Introduction

Ingredients

    150 g turnips (2 medium)
    45 g sour cream (2.5 T)
    10 g apple cider vinegar (1.5 t)
    sweetener to equal 1.5 t sugar
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 T minced fresh parsley, to garnish

Tips


Directions

Pare and grate the turnips. Mix the sour cream, vinegar, sweetener, and salt, and pour over the turnips. Garnish with the parsley.
