A super healthy version of the chocolate no bake cookie- these are packed with fiber and heart-healthy snacks are only about 100 claories per serving! An amazing little snack! Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Wet Ingredients:
    1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
    1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/8 cup white sugar

    Dry Ingredients:
    1/2 cup dry oats
    1/2 cup oatbran
    1/4 cup flaxmeal
    2 Tbl Chia Seeds
    Dash of salt

Tips

You can use all oatmeal if you dont have oats. If you want it gooeier, microwave the wet ingredients for less time, and cut down on the dry ingredients.

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl (oats, oatbran, flaxmeal, chia seeds and salt) and set aside.

Combine the wet ingredients (almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and white sugar) in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for a second minute, then stir.

Combine wet and dry ingredients until dry ingredients are completely incorporated into the wet. Spoon out about 15 servings onto a plate covered by wax paper and roll each into a ball. Eat right away, or refrigerate.

Store in the refrigerator.... Enjoy!
