Ingredients

    100g Ripe Banana
    2 Egg Whites
    2T PB2 (powdered)
    1 pkg Swiss Miss Diet
    3T Water

Directions

Mash banana with a fork, then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Spray a coffee mug or other microwave safe container with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in batter and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Single Serving Cake
