Introduction

My own recipe - add raw diced vegs into meat and bake. My own recipe - add raw diced vegs into meat and bake.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb package ground turkey - using 85% lean
    1 medium onion
    2 carrots
    1 large jalapeno pepper
    1 egg
    1/3 lg red pepper
    mint leaves or other herbs
    salt, ground garlic, thyme

Directions

Dice veggies, mix everything, form into 12 meatballs, place on foil on baking sheet, bake.

Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs
