Lemon Cream Chicken Breast

Ingredients

    I chopped chicken breast
    1.5 cups heavy cream
    2 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 cup sliced or diced mushrooms (as desired)

Directions

Pre-cook the chicken breast, debone and chop into large pieces. Add heavy cream to a sauce pan at medium heat, add the mushrooms, garlic and lemon juice bring to a simmer and cook for 10 min, add chicken and heat through. Serve over desired pasta with veggi's on the side.

Serving Size: makes 2 - 1 .5 cup servings
