Ingredients



    1/2 pkg. Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen
    1/3 c. Onions, raw chopped
    1/2 t. Ginger, ground
    2 T. Cornstarch
    1/2 c. Brown Sugar
    1/2 can *Pineapple, canned, with liquid
    1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
    1/2 c. *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped
    1 T. Light Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook ground chicken with onion in skillet. Put together
ginger, cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce
in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cook with ground chicken in skillet until sauce is thickened.
Add peppers and pineapple. Serve over brown or white rice.
