    Meat sauce (turkey) spaghetti
    Whole grain pasta
    Celery,onions and parsley

Directions

Chop fine celery,onion and parsley. Saute in garlic flavored olive oil. Blend in turkey. Cook a long time, stirring often. Add salt free diced tomato, Barilla Basil Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer a long time.
