1 onion, sliced
2 potatoes, sliced thinly
minced garlic to taste
1 tsp dill
2 tbsp butter
1 cup clam juice or water, boiling
1 pound haddock or salmon fillet
1 cup milk warmed (can use cream if desired)
If using salmon, place fillet on top with skin side up. After baking the skin peels off easily.
Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings
