Kapusta-Pork & cabbage

Ingredients

    1 - large head cabbage * tab. butter* 1/2 cup beef broth * 1/3 cup lemon juice * 3/4 pound pork * 2 tsp brown sugar * 1 tab. corn starch salt & pepper to your taste

Directions

place cut up cabbage in a colander & pour boiling water over. Drain well. 2-melt oleo in large pot & add cabbage & lemon juice.Cook until cabbage is pink.(5 min) add beef broth. 3- mix sugar & corn starch, stir into cabbage & bring to boil.Add pork, cover & cook on low until pork is done.(about 30 min)
