Low Fat Chocolate-Covered Bananas

Submitted by: JESSG12345

Introduction

I saw a recipe on SparkRecipes for fruit pudding pops, taking peaches and low fat white chocolate instant pudding, freezing the resulting mixture to make popsicles. I am temporarily in the UK and permanently on a strict budget. So I thought it would be cool to alter the recipe to chocolate covered bananas. Lo and behold, I accidentally got mousse instead of pudding, and am happier for it.
