Introduction

A well balanced salad. Seeds are optional, but I like to fill half my plate with this, both to start the meal as well as to finish. A well balanced salad. Seeds are optional, but I like to fill half my plate with this, both to start the meal as well as to finish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Springs leaves.
    Curly lettuce, red and green.
    Rockett leaves,
    mustard greens
    beet greens
    spinich
    any other greens you like

    Seeds: Chia, pumkin, seseme, flax and whatever else you like (hemp or black nigela).

Tips

Good with a light vinegrat. Don't spoil with a heavy dressing.


Directions

Chop and mix.
Add seeds.
Toss and enjoy.
