Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

12 oz can tuna in water
    1/2 c dried cranberries
    1/2 medium apple, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup greek yogurt (more or less for taste)
    Salt (to taste)
    1/2T lemon juice

Directions

Drain water from tuna

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Serve on top a salad, on sandwhiches, or as a dip

It's set up for 2 servings, but this is so guilt free eat as much as you'd like. Works well to double or quadruple the recipe

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings for a meal, or 4 for snack/appetizer
