Ingredients

    2 cups of kale
    1 inch of fresh Ginger
    I Pear
    3 oz of baby carrots

    200 grms of Spinach can use silver beet too
    I or two large apple

Directions

Cut all ingredients in small pieces and feed through a juicer ..
You can also keep and use the fibre that is left in a soup or even in a sandwitch ..
