Ingredients



    6 Skinless Chicken Drumstick
    2.5 cups Bran Flakes
    3 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    5 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and set a rack on it.

Spray rack with oil.

Crush bran flakes.

Mix crushed bran flakes with spices.

Place the dry mix on a plate or in a ziplock bag.

Combine mayonnaise and dijon mustard.

Brush the mixture onto the chicken.

Then coat the chicken with the crushed bran flake mixture and place on wire rack.

Spray with cooking oil.

Bake 35-40 minutes.
