Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Medium Russet Potato
    5 Cauliflower Florets
    1/3 cup Green peas
    4 Medium tomatoes chopped
    2 Medium onions chopped
    2 TBSP Olive oil
    1 TSP Cumin seeds
    2 TSP Salt (may vary)
    3 TSP Badshah Mumbai Bhaji Pav Masala
    3 Garlic cloves chopped
    1 TSP Garam masala


Tips

Add 1/2 to 1 stick of butter for a silky texture.


Directions

Directions:
-Steam potato, cauliflower,& peas, then mash potato & cut cauliflower
-Heat oil, add cumin seeds,1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Saute until onions are tender
-Add chopped tomatoes and let it become a gravy for 20- 25 minutes
-Add 1/4 tsp salt
-Add cut cauliflower & green peas into gravy
-Add 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Add 3 chopped garlic cloves
-Add mashed potatoes & 1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Mix it all
-Add 1 tsp garam masala
-Add hot peppers if you want it more spicy

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
