Vegan chocolate chip pancakes

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1c All purpose flour
    1c Oatmeal (ground to flour)
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1 1/2c unsweetened soymilk
    1tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1tbsp veg. oil
    2tbsp Agave
    1/4c mini rice milk chocolate chips

Directions

Grind the oatmeal down to a flour using a spice grinder. Add all ingredients together in a bowl, whisk to remove most of the lumps. Ladle 1/4c portions into a medium-high heat pan. Wait until lots of bubbles have formed on the surface then flip.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 pancakes
