Whole Grain Banana Muffin

2 tbsp wheat germ
10 tbsp oat bran (or enough added to wheat germ to make 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour (can substitute all-purpose flour)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tbsp canola oil
1 cup 1% milk
2 mashed very ripe bananas
I used the convention bake setting. If you don't use convention, these may require a few more minutes.
Spoon into muffin cups till almost full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
