Introduction

Frozen and delicious, and coming together in no time, this high-fibre treat is great! Frozen and delicious, and coming together in no time, this high-fibre treat is great!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mango (or any other fruit or fruit combinations)
    1 tablespoon milk
    1/4 cup ornage juice (or your favorite)

Directions

Blend all ingreidents in blender or food precessor. You can either eat as-if in a bowl, or place in freezer for 20 minutes or more for a thicker treat.
