1 cup Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1.5 cup Flour (or whole wheat), white
1/3 cup Oil
1 tsp sugar
Dash of Salt
150 g (about 5 oz ) Feta Cheese
You can replace the feta with ham, mushrooms, or anything that seems appropriate.
Mix the all ingredients (including yogurt mixture) except for the feta. The mixture should not be too thick. If it is thicker than cake mixture add a little water and well. If it is too watery, add more flour.
When you have the right thickness, add the cheese and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking tray.
Bake for 20-30 min at 375F.
