Introduction

This recipe makes quite a bit of food. most would probably split this into six servings, but its more realistic for me and my family as four servings. Hearty soup for a cold day. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    .5 cups Diced Green Bell Peppers
    .5 cups Diced White Onion
    1 cup Water
    2 cups Canned whole Tomatoes
    2tbsp Chili Powder or to taste
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp Chicken Boullion
    1.5 cups Cooked Pinto Beans

Directions

Combine turkey peppers and onions in a dutch oven, cook until browned.
Drain dripping.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Cover and simmer 1 hr stirring occasionally.
Add beans and simmer 5 minutes.
Done!
