Ingredients

    Medium (Empire) or prefered apple
    6 oz your favorite low fat yogurt (light n fit toasted coconut vanilla--any works)
    blueberries
    celery
    lemon juice about 1/4 or less squeezed lemon
    1/4-1/2 fresh mango
    cinnamon

Tips

you could also make this into a salad and add spinach or other greens and this could be the topping or dressing


Directions

chop up all ingredients and add together
you can add or omit any ingredients you want
