Granulated Sugar 325g
Semi Skimmed Milk 150ml
Dessicated Coconut 125g
Pour into a basin and add coconut and vanilla essence and beat until mixture thickens.
Spread in a buttered dish or tin.
Make a second batch using pink food colouring and layer on top of the first batch.
Leave to set
