simple sauteed spinach

Ingredients

    1 tsp minced garlic
    10 oz bag cups fresh spinach
    3 scallions (green onions) diced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    makes 2 to 3 half cup servings

Tips


Directions

combine olive oil garlic and onions in skillet simmer while you wash and drain fresh spinach. add spinach and cover let cook maybe 10 minutes depending on how you like your spinach soft or with a little bite. add salt to taste. you can use as much spinach as you like it will cook down so serving size is an estimate


Serving Size: makes 2 or 3 1/2 cup servings
