Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Artichokes, fresh, 2 artichoke, medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Yambean (jicama), 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 20.2 ounces (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute Onion with ginger and garlic, add chicken, cook until slightly browned, add asparagus, celery, mushrooms, and bok choy, stir fry approx. 5 minutes, add artichoke, jicama, and cook for another 5 minutes, add water and 1/2 cup soy sauce. Serve on rice or noodles.
