Banana-mango green smoothie

Introduction

A random concoction I made while trying to find a way to get more vitamins into my brother, and myself. A random concoction I made while trying to find a way to get more vitamins into my brother, and myself.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    (This is just a guesstimate)

    1 cup water
    2 cups fresh spinach (or baby spinach)
    1/2 a small cucumber, peeled
    5-6 baby carrots
    1 medium banana
    1 cup frozen mango
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (I used a generic store brand)
    Splash of milk, if desired (I used around half a cup)

Tips

I always blend the veggies and water first, to ensure that they get blended evenly, and then add the rest of the ingredients afterwards.


Directions

No cooking, just blending. :)

Serving Size: Makes 4 glasses (I'd say around 1.5-2 cups each)
