Chop all vegetables and put into mixing bowl. Add your favorite seasonings (tarrogon recommended), salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix and coat all vegetables with seasoning and olive oil. Put onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes on 375 degress F. Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
