Number of Servings: 54

Ingredients

    1 cup light becel margarine
    0.75 cup brown sugar splenda mix
    150ml egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    0.5 tsp nutmeg
    0.25 tsp allspice
    1 cup (packed) raisins (washed)
    1 cup chopped pitted dates

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F

Cream margarine and sugar and then gradually beat in eggs. Add vanilla.

Measure in r3est of ingredients. Mix well. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls on greased (or lined) baking sheets.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

Makes 54 cookies.
