4 large eggs
chopped bell pepper
2.3 oz chopped ribeye steak
1 oz feta cheese
pepper to taste
add any veggies you have on hand.
sprinkle in rest of ingredients evenly
turn heat to low and cook covered for 15 minutes, or until set.
cut into 4 slices and enjoy.
