Classic Waffle

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    2 cups flour
    1 3/4 cups 2% milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 tbsp sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    .5 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, be careful to not overmix.

Let the batter sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours to settle. Overnight is the best.

Pout batter by the 1/4 cup fulls onto the waffle maker and cook to preference.
