Submitted by: JUDYKIAR

Introduction

Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl. Add salt, olive oil and five cups of flour and mix with dough hook on low for 1 minute. Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time. Mix until dough started to clean sides of bowl and then mix another 2 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl and sit in a warm, draft free place for about an hour until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down. Brush pizza pans with oil, sprinkle with cornmeal. Press dough across bottom of pan, forming a collar around the edge to hold toppings. Add toppings as desired. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl. Add salt, olive oil and five cups of flour and mix with dough hook on low for 1 minute.
