Beef, Mushroom and Onion Pie

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 12 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .50 package (10 oz)
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Cumin, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shredded
    Biscuit, plain or buttermilk, 9 biscuits (2-1/4" dia)
    1 T. Flour

Directions

Brown beef, onion and mushrooms. Drain. season with salt, pepper, cumin. Add frozen vegetables, flour and eggs. Add to 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese and cover evenly with biscuits.
