Banana Bread

Introduction

Easy to make, delicious to eat! Easy to make, delicious to eat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3-4 bananas smashed
    1/3 c melted butter
    3/4-1 c sugar (3/4 is plenty)
    pinch of salt
    1 egg beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 c self raising flour
    walnuts optional

Tips

cooking time will vary, from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.


Directions

start with bananas in mixer, add egg, then butter and the rest of the ingredients. Grease bread pan with spray or butter. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit, 176. Celsius for turbo oven or conventional oven. After 20 minutes cover bread loaf if you are using a turbo oven to keep it from getting too dark or burning, just keep an eye on it.
