Introduction

I lightened this one up a little bit more and kept the flavor by using one can of pink salmon along with the red! I lightened this one up a little bit more and kept the flavor by using one can of pink salmon along with the red!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 14.5 oz can of red salmon
    1 14.5 oz can of pink salmon
    1 cup crushed saltines
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    cooking spray

Directions

Drain salmon and remove bones. Place in bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Divide into a muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spray the tops. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
