Ingredients

    1.5 pounds chicken (skinless tenderloins)
    6 tbs. chopped Onions, raw
    4 diced Potato, raw (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    4 diced Carrots, raw, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    3 chopped Stalks Celery, raw, small (5" long)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2 Cups Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Dice raw chicken, add remaining ingredience cook over med. heat for 1 hr.
