Natural taste Blackberry Oat Bready-Muffins

Submitted by: LILLYSR

Introduction

The texture turned out more like bread than muffin, too chewy to be called muffin, so I named them Bready-muffins.

As much as I had wished they turn out a recipe to be popular, they are not the type of muffin that appeals to everyone, I knew it the moment I bit into one.

As for me, I created this healthy, low-fat, low-cal, low-sugar, source of fiber and protein recipe to meet my dietary need. Dipped Good for breakfast, and afternoon snack for hunger fix. If you like organic natural taste food, or have a quirky taste like me, you might like them too.
