Chocolate Chip Quiona Cookies
1 c cooked quinoa
1 cup uncooked oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 c Hersey's Special Dark Chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
4 VERY RIPE bananas
Makes 25 cookies that look more like muffin tops and are chewy! Pack with protein, fiber, B-vitamins.
