Chocolate Chip Quiona Cookies

Ingredients

1 c cooked quinoa
1 cup uncooked oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 c Hersey's Special Dark Chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
4 VERY RIPE bananas
Tips
Makes 25 cookies that look more like muffin tops and are chewy! Pack with protein, fiber, B-vitamins.
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas , add vanilla, almond butter and coconut sugar. Add COOKED quinoa, oatmeal, coconut and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Stir in chips. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop batter on to cooking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes . Remove from oven and cool. -If you can.
