Ingredients

    1 pound chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
    2 Cups Diced Celery
    2 1/5 cups thin slices carrots
    1 cup brown rice
    6 cups progresso unsalted chicken broth

Brown chicken in not stick pan. Add celery, carrots, rice and broth. Bring to boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.
