Ingredients

    Button mushrooms
    garlic
    onions
    parsley flakes
    smart balance light
    panko breading
    parmesan and ramano grated cheese blend
    season salt
    ground black pepper

Directions

Take out mushroom stems and dice finely.
Bake empty mushroom for 5 minutes first
sautee other ingredients together and add water still it is the consistency of stuffing.
Take out mushrooms and use spoon to stuff the mushrooms (sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese on top)
Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes or until nicely browned on top
