Italian Parmesan Bread Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup White, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified,
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 T Baking Powder
1 t Salt
1 T onion, instant chopped
2 T Splenda Sugar Substitute
.25 t Italian Seasoning
.33 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
.25 cup Butter, salted
2 large Egg, fresh
1 T Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 calorie cooking spray
Tips
Directions
Combine Flours, Baking Powder, Onion, Salt, Sugar Substitute, and Italian Seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix milk. butter, eggs. Add to dry ingredients stir just until mixed.
Pour mix into a round 1 1/2 qrt Casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle Cheese over top.
Bake at 400 Degrees for 25-30 min until tooth pick comes out clean. Let stand 10 min and serve.
