Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 large to middle scallops
    1 tsp cranola oil
    Lawyers season salt to taste

Directions

heat oil to hot.
Sprinkle Lawyers season salt to taste.
put in scallops in oil.
saute 3 minutes on one side and flip to saute 3 to 4 mintes on 2nd side.


Serving Size: 2 - 3 each scallops
