Onion Soup

Introduction

Lower Sodium if you can find low-sodium granules. Lower Sodium if you can find low-sodium granules.

Ingredients

    .5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tbsp Olive Oil,
    5.5 cup Water, tap, (8 fl oz)
    5 tsp Bouillon Granules - Beef serv-1tsp,
    2 medium Onions, raw, (2-1/2" dia)

Directions

Heat sauce pan on med heat. Add olive oil and onions, saute onions over med heat until soft and browned 20 min. Add water, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire Sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer 10 min. Serve.
