55 grams fresh hijiki
1/2 block of firm tofu
1/3 c. dashi
1 T Mirin
1 t sugar
1 1/2 t of oil
1 T sake
2 1/2 t soy sauce
1/4 t salt
Mix Dashi, mirin, sugar, sake, soy and salt.
Heat oil, stir fry hijiki and tofu until tofu is nicely browned.
Add in liquid ingredients, simmer until liquid is mostly gone.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
