2 TB whole raw flax seed
3 TB green onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 egg yolks
2 TB bread crumbs
2 6oz can crab meat
These will not taste anything like traditional crab cakes. They are low calorie and still great tasting.
These also don't hold together well so you will have to be extremely careful when flipping them.

refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes to an hour.
form into patties and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. flipping once carefully during cooking.
