Ingredients

    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp flaxseed
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 large apple
    dannon all natural yogurt(plain, non fat) 6 oz = 3/4 cup

Directions

Add All Ingredients to blender and blend on high. Pour into glass

Serving Size: makes 1 shake
