No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    2/3 cup toasted coconut
    1/2 cup flaxseed
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup honey

Tips

can also substitute ... using sesame seeds, nuts, butterscotch morsals, etc.
These are very addicting so watch your portions...my 2 yr old grand daughter loves these.


Directions

add everything into a bowl and mix well then put in the refrigerator for an hour ..take out and form into 1 oz balls or desired size..

Serving Size: makes 20-25 balls
