Introduction

A refreshing light green smoothie, best served COLD! A refreshing light green smoothie, best served COLD!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1-2 cups cold filtered water (by taste)
    1 small organic cucumber
    1 stalk organic celery
    1 organic avocado
    1/5 cup spinch
    1/4 cup mint


Tips

You can change the quantity of any of the ingrediants to taste.

This is served best when ice is added to the blender to better chill the smoothie.

Directions

Remove the skin and seed from the avocado. Dice the avocado, cucmber, and celery. Rinse spinach and mint. Combine all ingrediants in blender and blend until smooth (this is best done with a vitamix blender, but any blender will do).
