-1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
-1 full package Uncle Bens fast and fancy creamy mushroom rice.
-3cups frozen asian style vegetables.
-Salt &pepper(dash of each)
-10 ounces lean pork loin chops.
-Slice pork legth wise in strips. Place in deep frying pan with a little olive oil and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add vegetables to pork, cook for 10 mins.
-Add the rice, stir and serve.
