    6 T. butter, room temp.
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 t. vanilla
    11/2 c. flour
    11/2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. apple pie spice
    1 c. almond milk


Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract together. Use real vanilla extract not that horrible fake stuff.
Mix dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time alternating with the almond milk. I used an electric doughnut baker. If you use a mini doughnut pan butter and flour the pans first. If desired use cocoa powder instead of flour in the pan. If baking the doughnuts in the oven heat oven to 350 degrees and bake until golden about 30 minutes.
