My Hash Browns

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3")
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1/4 tsp No Salt Sodium-free Salt, 1 serving
    1/8 tsp ground pepper, 1 serving
    1/8 tsp Spice Islands Paprika, 1 serving

Directions

Place 1 tbsp of olive oil in a fty pan and place on medium heat. Dice one large potato into 1/3 in cubes. Chop an onion and add 1 cup to the potato and add to the pan. Add the salt, pepper , and granulated garlic to the pan and mix. Place the cover on the fry pan. Stir the mixture and cook till all sides are lightly brown ( about 20 minutes).
