    do everything the same, but use less cheddar, smart balance butter, egg whites only, and bacon instead of canadian bacon (it was what was available).

Tips

strain water from the spinach.


Directions

preheat oven to 350. heat smart balance on stove until frothy, then add onions and seasoning on medium heat. add spinach until wilted. put bacon at bottom of ramekin, put spinach/onions in, and pour egg whites in. sprinkle grated cheese.
